Privacy Policy

This website is operated by ATTEND LLC. Protecting your personal data matters to us. This page explains what is processed when you visit the site and get in touch.

The short version
This is an informational website. It uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused tool from our hosting provider, to understand how the site is used. It does not use cookies or local storage and does not follow you across other websites. No advertising trackers are used and we do not sell your data. Beyond analytics, the only personal data involved is what your browser sends automatically to the hosting server and anything you choose to send us by email or LinkedIn. If you use the separate ATTEND app, see the section on the app below.
Server log files
When you open this site, the hosting provider automatically processes technical information your browser transmits, such as your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, browser type and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the site securely and reliably. It is not combined with other data or used to identify you personally.
Hosting is provided by Cloudflare, Inc. Cloudflare processes technical connection data as part of delivering and securing the site; see Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.
Analytics
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a measurement service from our hosting provider, Cloudflare, Inc. It counts page views and records the referring site, the visitor's country, device and browser type, and how fast pages load. Cloudflare states that it does not use cookies, local storage or fingerprinting for this, and that it discards the visitor's IP address at the edge of its network instead of storing it. It does not follow people across other websites.
Because it does not set cookies, there is no cookie banner to accept. If you prefer not to be counted, you can block the script with a content blocker. More detail is in Cloudflare's Web Analytics documentation.
Contacting us
If you email hello@attendstaff.com, send us a brief from this site, or reach out via LinkedIn, we process the details you provide (such as your name, email address, event details and the content of your message) solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss a possible engagement. We keep this correspondence only as long as needed for that purpose or as required by law.
External links
This site links to third-party websites. Once you follow such a link, this policy no longer applies; please refer to the privacy policy of the site you visit. Opening the LinkedIn link may cause LinkedIn to process your data under its own terms.
Fonts & third-party content
This site loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is transmitted to Google in order to deliver them. Apart from those fonts and the Cloudflare analytics script described above, no third-party content is loaded.
The ATTEND app
The ATTEND app at attend.attendstaff.com is a separate service from this website. If you use it, for example during a free trial, ATTEND LLC creates your account, and what you add to it is handled under the app's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which you accept when you first sign in. This page covers the website only.
Depending on your role, the app holds your name and email address, the hours you log, expense receipts and, for contractors, invoicing, payment and tax details. Event organizers only see their own events and never pay or bill rates, and contractors only see their own work. The data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
A few features send what you upload or type to an AI service, Anthropic, to read it or to answer: reading a bank statement, invoice or crew briefing, and the Ask ATTEND assistant. This only happens when you use one of those features.
If you stop using the app, you can ask us to delete your personal information at hello@attendstaff.com, except what we must keep by law, such as financial and tax records.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data, such as the right to access, correct, delete or restrict its processing, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these, contact us at hello@attendstaff.com.
