Are you an event staffing company, or a general staffing agency?
We're a focused event staffing company, not a broad agency. We only cover two touchpoints, the speaker ready room and the registration desk, and train specifically for them, rather than sending general event staff to every part of the floor.
Do you work alongside our AV company?
Yes. We're vendor-neutral and built to sit alongside your AV company or technical production team, not replace it. Their technical scope stays entirely theirs; we own the person in front of the presenter or attendee.
Can you handle presentation management for our speakers?
Yes. Preview, upload and version control of every deck, plus checks on fonts, media and aspect ratio, all handled in the speaker ready room before anyone walks on stage.
Do you work with our existing conference software?
Yes. We train on your registration and presentation platforms ahead of time, whatever conference software you've already chosen, so it's never the reason something goes wrong onsite.
Do you staff event venues directly, or only event organizers?
Both. We work directly with organizers and associations, and with event venues that want dependable speaker ready room and registration coverage for the conferences they host.
