Pick work or travel, tap start, and the timer runs. Hours and earnings add up as you go, so nobody reconstructs the week from memory. In the phone app, a gentle reminder to drink water or get up and move arrives about once an hour.

Take a photo and the app reads the amount, date and merchant. You check the details, then submit. Handwritten or very dark receipts can still be typed in.

Your portal shows who is on shift, checked in, traveling or confirmed, with role and an "as of" time. Hit refresh whenever you want the latest.
Sign off hours, day by day.
Approve each day or all of them at once. If hours change after sign-off, that day is flagged so nothing slips through unreviewed.

Do I need to install anything?
No. The app runs in your browser on a phone, tablet or computer. You sign in with the login we create for you.
Who can see my information?
Organizers only see the events they have been given access to, and never pay or bill rates. AV staff and contractors only see their own assignments, hours and expenses. The app signs you out after five idle minutes.
What happens after the free month?
We talk before the trial ends. If you want to keep going, we agree the price in writing first. If not, we switch your access off. There is no automatic charge.
How good is the receipt scanning?
It works well on clear photos of printed receipts, including European number and date formats. Handwritten, crumpled or very dark receipts need to be typed in. You always review the details before submitting.
