Every person we place goes through the Academy first, our own program for speaker ready rooms and registration desks. It is where the calm on your floor comes from.
01 · Why it matters
A conference is
remembered as a person,
not a platform.
Presence is teachable: knowing the software cold, reading a room, staying warm when the queue is long and the keynote is in nine minutes. So we treat training as the product, not the overhead.

The person in front of you
Tone, pace and timing: how to meet a first-time presenter, and keep a queue moving while every person still feels looked after.

Presentation management & conference software
Hands-on time with the presentation management, badging and check-in platforms, including whatever conference software you already run. The tool becomes invisible; the person stays visible.

Working with your crew
The language of your AV team, venue and organizing office, so questions land with the right person the first time.

The five minutes that matter
Rehearsed scenarios: a late arrival, an unfamiliar file format, a peak-hour rush. Practised in advance, so on the day it reads as composure.
Every person who completes the program receives an ATTEND Academy certificate: proof, for you and for them, that all four disciplines are second nature before they ever reach your floor.
03 · How the Academy runs
Trained before we meet you. Briefed again for you.
Step 01
Selection
We hire for temperament and teach the rest. Conference experience is welcome; generosity that holds up on a long day comes first.
Step 02
Core program
The four disciplines above, on live systems and rehearsed scenarios, taught by people who have run these rooms.
Step 03
Event-specific briefing
Your program, platforms, VIPs, floor plan and escalation paths, all covered before anyone arrives on site.
Step 04
Debrief and carry forward
Every event ends with a debrief that feeds back into the curriculum. The team who return already know your room.
